That was just brilliant!! Exactly what I needed! I had a laptop get the
blue screen of death...Tried to get at the files on the hard drive from an
Identical laptop, wouldnt even boot up.
I put the drive and into an external hard drive toaster, it recognized the
files, and your method worked like a charm. Many thanks!
Cheers
Based on such hilarious Peter Chao videos as How Asians Drive, How Asians Drive-Thru, and How Asians Drive in Traffic, the Chinese Guy is back to educate ...
I'm honestly new to the channel and liked the video, I just can't see
anyone mentioning it, is that his ACTUAL accent or is that his
'thing/niche' for the channel?
well, in his reveal, he said that he's sorry to anyone who is genuinely shocked to learn that Peter Chao was just a character and all that. I'm sure a lot of people who didn't like his content claimed that he was "fake"
For the longest time, people have thought that this was his real self (with a very small number thinking it's just an act), but he finally revealed that this is actually a character.
+wilm210 You wouldn't be riding the clutch if it's pushed in completely, I don't think that's what he's describing. But at a stop, it's better to put the car in a neutral so you don't wear out the throw bearings.
+TitanGamers FTW Yeah, that's called "riding the clutch", that's bad. You're putting unnecessary strain on your clutch by doing that and you'll wear it down much faster.
loool she wasnt even learning or looking when you made that turnn lol.
Can you do more tutorials on how to even out first gear? my trouble is
evening out first gear and other gears are easier. ALsooo can you teach how
to downshift? thanks!
Do you always put it into neutral when you are coming to a stop or rolling
down a hill? (coasting) or was it just for safety haha.
In the UK we get taught not to do that (apparently we aren't under full
control of the car haha)
We keep it in gear and brake until the engine Rpm gets to about idle then
put clutch in and into neutral once we have stopped, or into first if your
gonna set off straight away... if you get me..
Just wondering that's all haha
+GtiLee89 You're totally right. Putting it in neutral means that it would take more time if you needed to get out of the way of another car or whatnot. But I certainly do it, mostly to save gas. Depends on my mood, other times I will downshift to keep the RPMs higher and engine brake.
I was just wanting a how to drive a stick video when you posted this and
your Vids are great! I can see your channel getting way bigger in the
future

+Joseph W. They are reworking the entire AI system to be much better. The new AI is a lot better in driving, but they have not yet implemented chasing you in the new AI.
Meet Larry Kosilla of AMMONYC, host of /DRIVE CLEAN. If you're interested in automotive detailing -- as a hobby or a profession -- Larry's the man to talk to.
Detailing is a career I am really interested in getting into, at 17 and
graduating this spring I need to look into it more. My only real worry is I
will end up at some small shop, or dealer, not really detailing, but
washing and installing swirls because 90% of drivers don't know what a
truly detailed car is. I am a perfectionist, and would love to work on high
end cars or classics, but of course you have to start somewhere, I just
don't know if I can do it. What I may do to support my love for clean cars
and get some cash on the side is detail as a second job from home, on
evenings and weekends, try pick up clients at car shows by showing my work
on my own car, get clients who appreciate a truly clean car, and are
willing to spend a bit more that the average Joe, and spread the word!
+Anthony Neilly meanwhile terrible injustice is taking place in the world and you are writing youtube comments... how much effect does this have you think? at least the guys are doing their dreamjobs which means they had to walk through a lot of walls which will always make it a bit easier for the next guy
Larry, not to bag the brake duct thing but I would be very very surprised
if you (even on the track) get your brakes up to a temp where you would
need brake ducts. I tried this and ended up blanking them off because the
fronts just didn't get to temp properly. This is turn caused my rears to
pinch. When I measured them with an IR thermometer they just cracked 100c.
Not enough to stop a mouse fart.
While its ok for the road at a track it can be bad news. You're not running
an endurance race.
First off it's spelled Meguiar's. Secondly, yes they do have one. See meguiars online for details about their Saturday 101 classes.
How To Get Started Rallying Your Car -- AFTER/DRIVE
You've watched a million rally videos. Now, learn how to start storming the woods. Team O'Neil's Wyatt Knox and Broken Motorsports' Bill Petrow get you started ...
when i was trying to learn english, i pretty much didnt learn shit, and now
i moved to the us and i learned english in months, so do infact jump in
feet and hand ;)
+Spencer Geerlings dog box is usually a syncro less gear that doesn't require clutching except on take off. that's at least how drifting drag racing and nascar is.
+James Godwin Dog box is the form of sequential they use in Skip Barber formula cars. I know that much. And it is clutchless upshift, regular heel toe downshifts. The shifter just like a sequential though. pull back for gear up, forward for gear down.
+Nate Shriver yeah there's a lot of misinformation in their shows. matt has mentioned the wrong tire name numerous times on cars he reviews amongst all the other stuff I don't catch because I tune him out lol.
I have a 2000 Subaru legacy outback sport(Not the wagon) and I need some
opinions on it. Is it a good car to start out with and how can I give it a
little more power?
+Jürgen Kesamaa I guess I'll just ask on forums, because the winter rslly is comming up this year. Maybe I'll just go for handling then worry about the power last
+Swift Justice Great car to start with, I wouldn't worry about power yet.Go to an auto X, or Rally X and drive the car, learn how it drives. Then once, you are familiar with the car, determine if you are still really serious about it.If you are, then get your safety up to spec, invest in suspension and mods. Worry about power only once you have the skills get every ounce out of the car you have.

How To Get Your Car Ready To Rally -- AFTER/DRIVE
You've decided to make the leap from sliding around fire roads to competing in your first stage rally. What do you need to do to your car to make it stage-ready?
This was so long for no discernible reason. Speed up the process and hit
the key points and edit out the rest. To get your car ready to rally your
going to need X,Y,Z. To install X strip car and do this this and this. Then
move on and install Y before finishing off with Z. Put some video together
of each step and round off the video with onscreen bullet points of the
steps in the build process.
+scooked films I stand by what i said. The video was poorly structured which led to alot of the same point being repeated over and over. How many times did they mention say the roll cage. I am interested in doing rallying one day hence why I am on this video but it was too long for me to take away anything seriously useful because all of the useful information is buried under layers and layers of fluff content. Had they had a structure i.e start with external body mods working from front to back then moved inside the car, it would be easy to follow and you can easily jump back to parts where you need a refresher, but as it stands this video was just all over the place so they never swiftly moved forward to the next point when 1 was covered. Would not call that educational or entertaining, but your welcome to
this video is as much educational as entertaining and everything said will have some involvement in rally, and people that are actually interested getting into rally will enjoy this and give them insight on the motor sport. People that watch this might actually compete in rally so the video is very useful.
+jbyrne2012 lol you always get someone that thinks they know better on the internet but thats why its good people can voice their opinions ,i disagree mate as ive said i know someone that is now in a wheelchair because of it and if you've ever sat in a rally car in your life you would know how stupid it is for rallying i never said it was a terrible device infact its good what im saying is it is not a suitable device for rallying as its never been tested in a roll over situation , it was originally for racing but someone thought oh here is something we can make money on ,its like harnesses they expire even though they have been proven to get stronger with age people are going to kill the sport, with greed .
Years and years of development have been put into the HANS device. Many people have walked away from massive accidents thanks to it. It's not designed for rollovers because you're not coming to a sudden stop. How many drivers have died from a rollover compared to a sudden stop into a wall or similar? As for side impacts, that is why you get a seat with ears (support around the side of the head).
+Khristian4444 80 percent of the time its side impact or a rollover i know a guy who is now in a wheelchair because of it ,the hans device has never been tested in a rollover crash it was originally invented for single seater race cars .
