Yo what's the best rep ranges. I'm told a bunch of shit like micro-cycles
and pyramids. In other words is it possible to always go heavy everyday and
doing 1- 10s or any other "muscle confusion" REPS? Or is it best to do high
reps(12-15 one week) then med. rep range to low(Your basic micro-cycle
routine)? I just want to now if it's possible to go heavy every day and
