Basically, this is rape by instrumentation. Consent was denied-dismissed
and the option to not consent was accompanied with the threat of being
kicked out of the class. Yes, this is rape.
well by law you are not allowed to tuch another persons sex parts with out
promishon. those girls have the right to say no but sense they where forced
than that is agents WORLDWIDE LAW! and you cant be tuched thair without you
promishin ither and to show your parts off in class infront of others, what
if one girl dosnt want to see anothers parts and what if thairs a despet
lesbian who masterbates durin this "mom i want the fuck out of this
school!!!" yup that just happed
Why didnt they just fucking find another school they were given the choice
to leave but they didnt? They were like no we will stay here and let them
do this to us how is it forced if they stayed? They were pretty much like
we dont wanna do this but okay we will do it and say its forced im confused
how could anyone let this happen why didnt they just...wtf its 2015
This is so strange .. if nothing else.
I suppose you would have to learn how to do the procedure, which means you
would have to have volunteers (unless they use dummies, but I wonder if
it is more realistic with real people, to the point of it being more
valuable to learn on a real person)
But I'm still confused .. were these women coerced? or were they forced?
Because those are two VERY different things. The latter could be considered
sexual assault while with the first one, someone could (and most likely
will) argue that they could've just gotten up and walked out.
Curious to see how this plays out..
A volunteer would have at least have had more of a choice in the matter and wouldn't be doing it in front of a class full of people they know and work with daily. The students technical did have a choice on whether they proceeded with the exam or not, however the other choice was leave and go to another school, which is a difficult decision, they may not get into another school etc. when it comes down to have a vaginal exam in front of your class mates and by your classmates or fail your degree, I can't see that being something you would find easy to decide. For me I would leave , but for others the thought of having to go through the trouble of applying for different schools etc. or not continuing with the degree at all must be very difficult. They may have trouble getting students for that course in the future though, as I would definitely mention it to people who were considering studying there!!
This is the kind of abuse male medical students have to go through every
day. For example look at medical examination videos here on youtube, you
can see tons of them where male students as patients like 95% most of the
time. No, I am not saying what has happened to these female students is
okay because clearly it's not but I hate the fact people would pay more
attention to this kind of story because the victims are women instead of
men so it seems legit. Abuse of power is unacceptable to anybody. I don't
care what's between the legs. Medical schools should change their policy
when it comes to students modesty during learning process.
I was talking about when it comes to "who's gonna be the patient today?" It's always male students most of the time. It's unfair to say the least but we are living in a world where the rule of modesty applies on women most of the time. When it comes to men not so much. Things need to be changed in order for a true equality to be achieved.
+olie171 I don't think anyone would "not care". What exactly happens to male students? Because.. taking a patients place is one thing, but if they make borderline strangers touch your dick or ass, that's abuse. No one should keep quiet about this.
How X-Men: First Class Should Have Ended
Greetings fellow mutants! We proudly present How X-Men: First Class Should Have Ended. Who would've believed that Charles and Erik used to be on the ...
i say charles shud have used his powers to control devil's mind to take all
the gud people to their haome and charles to the hospitle leaving erik and
raven behind
+Natalie Rose I agree. And i can't be sure but he didn't show in any flash backs that he was a mutant when eric was a kid. But i think they would at least adress if he would have told him.
Hi there! Lol at your screenname, btw. xDYou have a point there, but I don't personally believe Erik was intentionally trying to kill all the men in the room. I think it was just his powers going haywire with his anger and that it was manslaughter rather than murder. Like, in this telling of Magneto's origin story, it doesn't seem like he knows how to just move things on his own yet. With the fence-pulling, I don't think he was consciously going "I'm going to start pulling at this metal fence" but it was more his powers reacting to his emotions.I know that in most of his comic origin stories, he's able to pick up small metal things on his own, but I don't think he could in this instance. His powers only manifest when he's angry/distressed and he doesn't really have direct control over what they do. Somewhat like Havoc, but at an even more extreme level. This young Magneto also comes off to me as a lot gentler than many of the other versions of the character. Like his mother raised him to be obedient, polite, and to keep out of trouble. He also comes off as overly-trusting when it comes to authority figures, which seems odd considering what he's likely witnessed from authority at this point, but I suppose they were going for the biggest contrast possible? Sorry for the rambling. I've clearly put way too much thought into this, but X-Men: First Class really does present the most atypical version of young Magneto and I've been trying to rationalize their intentions. Again, these are just theories and no one else is right or wrong.
+Natalie Rose but shaw didn't use his powers or even show that he had them. And eri killed the other people inthe room with no regret he didn't even try to kill him.
+Cecilia maximo lemos B-Because he was 10 years old and hadn't learned to harness his powers? And don't forget that Shaw's very powerful as well... Seems pretty believable. Now the part about how he escaped and stuff, THAT'S a big hole.
