Katherine Emerson (the victim) was out of work for 2 months due to her injuries. Yesterday, Kenneth Burgess (the TWT Truck Driver) was sentenced to 6 months in jail followed by three years probation. There is also a 5-year sanction against his class-C license and a lifetime sanction against his commercial license.

and the dang drivers family ,ummmmmm, learn that their father or mother was being dumb and wasn't doing the right thing. really bad sentence, i couldn't quite figure it out.

She was treated and has been released already from the hospital. The driver of the semi was treated at the scene and was arrested for DUI.

hard to believe a semi drove 10 miles wrong way on free way during traffic. Could have ended worse.
