Thank you!! I was really frustrated after inheriting this project from my
husband - who was frustrated first! ;) Turns out he must have programmed
some code into the system, because resetting it completely was all I needed
to do. You're a life saver!
Thank you I installed then went to bed watched this video only to find out
1234 was still a default key... Ran downstairs and deleted that code...

Excellent video! My lock came with only Spanish instructions. The install
was easy but the programming was a little difficult until I watched this
video. Good job!
3 weeks ago, installed a new Smartcode10 with fresh batteries. Yesterday,
we were locked, zero sign of life. Called a locksmith ($100) who got us in
by destroying a backdoor deadbolt. Once inside, we unlocked the Smartcode10
from within. VOILA! As if by magic, the Smartcode10 came back life as if by
magic, working normally! So what's going on? Under what circumstances will
the Smartcode10 system fail to work, assuming batteries are fresh, which
they are? Do we have a defective set?
Within our recent installation of a Smartcode10 system, companion
documentation referred me to WINK, a smartphone app, for this system. Sent
my iPhone to the AppStore, and WINK is not to be found.. Where can it be
found? I need this app, so my disabled wife can unlock the frontdoor
without having to navigate, with great difficulty, 15 stairs down.
