+Rochelle Patten Simply click on "Others". In the new Window there is a text bar "Search" and type in "System Files" or "System". In the list you should see "System Files" and right an checkbox. Check It and you are ready to go ahead!

At 1:49, you talk about the (+) icon. I can't see the (+) icon at the top right corner to start it all off. I only see a (-) sign and nothing happens when I click it. I have a Mid-2014 Macbook Pro with Retina Display if that helps with diagnostics at all.

Attempting to erase MoneyLine_program under El Capitan OS X. MoneyLine in Finder shows "-" not "+" immediately right of "save" button so program subfiles fail to expand. What's your wisdom for fully erasing MoneyLine ? Thanks

I did not get far on the first step when I typed in the program to remove (kies) the window opend and only had the word Save or a - (minus) sign. No + was showing? Help please. Trying to remove so I can use airdroid to transfer files from my samsung 4s phone. Mainly photos.

i did some clicking around and figured it out :) what worked for me was clicking "downloads" in the menu on the left, and THEN searching for the file i wanted to remove...i then got the + and followed his steps from there. hope that works for you as well !
