How to become ghoul Videos

no cause you start in the regular world in fallout 4

could be good for DLC. I mean you'd enter this high rad zone, do stuff as a ghoul, then enter some purification device and be back as a human.

I've always hoped they would incorporate this ability since the first Fallout I played. The way it would be achieved is there is a small margin on the radiation meter right before death that if exposure is stop and you remain irradiated for a certain amount of time without curing it you would become a ghoul and it would be irreversible. It would come with pros and cons.

Playing as a ghoul is a bad idea. Never being attacked by feral ghouls will get rid of the experiance and ghoul combat. Radiation is supposed to be a big problem in fallout4. Healing by getting irradiated is too easy. Having everybody attacking you would just ruin all of the quests. Also this would be too hard and awkward to design. Perhaps if they took away the total resistance to rad poisoning and made it so you are slightly more immune, and making ghouls more accepted in society (Because fallout4 is based in civilization rebuilding itself apparently) than maybe it'd be a good idea as a DLC. Drastic effects to the gameplay though? Bad idea.

What if you could get irradiated but you can get plastic surgery like in Rivet City?

Would be very cool actually but I would prefer it as a perk. It would be tied to your radiation level of course so unless you were irradiated it might not show but it would be great. The perk would lower charisma and maybe strength and or endurance but you get to not be attacked by ferals and healed slowly in radiation. Also it might open up special dialogue with other ghoul NPCs in the game.

I love the idea, but then think about it. They'd need more voice characters for the ghoul you. Cool, but I think you might just die as usual lol. I love the idea, just doubt they'll elevate it to that level. Maybe before I die I could see that though.
