hey buddy if your gunna sound like a tuff guy and know it all at least use
the proper teqnuice numbers. if your head up on the center its a 0,
shoulder of the center is a shade, inside shoulder of the gaurd is 1, head
up on gaurd is 2, outside shoulder of gaurd is 3, inside shoulder of tackle
is 4, head up on tackle is 4 inside or 4i, outside shoulder of tackle is
5,c gap is 6, inside shoulder of TE is 7, Head up on TE is 8, Out side
shoulder of TE is 9 or alley
well i do curls,forearm lifts,calf raises crunches with like 60
pounds,pushups every workout, and run and get on the exercise bike almost
after every workout and i do day 1- regular bench,squat,shoulder press day
2-incline bench, lat pulldown day 3-decline bench,squat then 1 day off is
that good? and how long should i run like distance cause somedays i`ll do a
mile or a half or 3/4 of a mile
well ya i eat steak,eggs,grilld chikn,alot of milk, i just picked up
protien bars,almonds and a bunch of others but i do weights 6 times a week,
so should i like run and get on the exercise bike on the day that im not
workin out? also, after the workouts wat kinda prot. shake should i drink
cause im on EAS myoplex right now, and wat other stuff should i get from GNC
no afence buddy but you are down in a 3 point stance (if left the left foot
back )(if right hand is down then you have right foot back) then you are on
the inside/outside shoulder or head up. the you punch with OPEN hand(hand
that was on ground. you pin with opposite hand the you rip with punch hand
(if your not sure ask you coach he will explain it to you)
dude distance cardio enduces catabolism wich is the digestion of muscle
mass. also do chest and tris one day, back and bi's another day shoulders
another day and legs another day. for conditioning run 4 40 yard sprints
then 4 80 yard sprints and then 4 160yd sprints. if you keep running miles
its going to slow you down and burn muscle
ya i eat a lot ( and absolutley NO junk food since Christmas) i only do a
few things on machines, just my squat,bench,shoulder press, crunches, and
my lat pull-down and i do curls and 2 different things for forearms, and i
eat a ton of penutbutter im supposed to do that right? and how much should
i run per day after my workout?
aweful and d-line making no tackles haha! Week 0 - I(nosegaurd) had 9
tackles and MLB had 13 You can take on 2 or 3 blocks and control the line
AND still make tackles you just gotta know how to use your hands, hips,
leverage, getting "skinny" and things like that
@xslash86 thats fucked up, he does appear to have no idea what he is
talking about, but following racial stereotypes to take a free shot at
someone is uncalled for. To take a simple metaphor, its like getting
clipped in football.
@VaenLOL if your a defensive nose or a DT you can use the 4 point because
your have guys on ur right and ur left in front of u so u have 2 hands to
block with but if ur on the Ends then u use ur 3 point stance
regular 1 day-incline the next-decline on the 3rd but now my dad gave me a
nice new workout and its goin good but im actually gonna switch to DE or
3-4 OLB i felt that i was gonna waste my talent playing DT
im 13 5`9 140 and am dying to play defensive tackle hit the weight
machine,tredmil,and bike 6 times a week and couldent eat helthier and
fast/strong combo any1 got tips?
haha thanks i need to improve one makin tackles though but thats not the
hardest thing to work on and im off to a good start i can do a set of 10 on
200 bench
i do chest 1 day-back the next,legs, then shoulders, then bi and tri with 2
days off and im not close to my field so should i do like a lot of minute
sprints
ok, how long should i run, and how many days should i workout per week? and

Could you go over how to read the defense and what plays work against
certain defenses? Also the same for reading different offense formations
(know if it's going to be a run or a pass) and how the defense adjust to

I'm a fan from the Netherlands in Europe. My question is this: If the
offense can throw the ball as many times as they like (it's called
latteral, right?) during a play, why do they hardly ever do so? It's
usually just the QB doing the throwing.
