Nice video--Just a quick comment to pass on here--Personally I wish there was a better name for this aspect of real estate investing. "Flipping Houses" has always sounded so unprofessional to me. When actually, to do it right, there is a lot of of work and it all has to be done correct, by a PROFESSIONAL. Hey I'm just venting. Keep up the good work here.

@reiclub I was online and one expert claimed that wholesaling is now impossible especially with REO properties because the title company requires that the A to B deal is 100% funded before the paper work can start for the ( funding) of the B to C transaction please advise.

Tried to get the free download, but when I tried to use the link sent to my email it takes me to a server that requires a another username and password and the email address i used along with the password you gave doesn't work for that. Anything I can do?

Always protect your ASSets. Using an LLC protects you in case anything does go wrong after the initial purchase. Its always better NOT to have your own name on things because it can always be tracked back to your personal accounts.

Frank,Im sorry,but I personally think you talk way to fast.Some good info,but its tough to even think about what your saying when it all comes out at you 90 mph.Plus the CD that is offered needs a Passcode.

LLC over name for sure although the best vehicle for REOs is probably a land trust.
