R.I.P. DSM and Eclipse in general, 3000GT VR-4 and Evo. Mitsubishi is just
sucking right now and nobody is even buying there cars now and all the
great ones they had were discontinued and they will be missed.

i used to sell the eclipse's, the GSX was an incredible car for it's time,
with the 5 spd, once you hit 2nd gear it was over, had wonderful
handling..we were easily getting between $ 5-10 K over MSRP.
Even though I really think the Z31s are more big GT comfy than performance,
and I drove one for seven years, I gotta say, you give this poor car HELL,
boy! You are not fvcking around with this thing. You got this out on the
track in front of people (presumably) bobbin' up and down between gears
like a 25-cent pony ride outside the IGA, and against an SRT-4 no less!!

just 11psi, street tires, hollowed out cat and left the rest of the exhaust
off. hks knock off bov :) and removed the pop off valve. i raced a 94 lt1
z28 camaro 6spd and beat him :)he went to the track and ran a 13.8
The Z-31 has a lot of potential for sure! My 89 non turbo has been modded
to 234 HP at 5,000 RPM and redlines at 8,000 RPM. Eats 2010 Camaro SS's,
2008 Subaru WRX's, 2010 Dodge Chargers all day long from light to light
@pouiter i pushed my stock turbo to 18 psi, ran 13 flat on street tires
with no further modifications, and blew the engine.so yes, you can make way
more than 244 hp with the stock turbo.But at what price? LOL
It's a Blitz SS BOV with the 2nd open type head attachment (the alternative
is a filter head). Can't quite see how he's mounted it... but it's right
next to the intake, where it's supposed to be.
@jakfolisto Ya, it comes with a T3 until 1988 and 1988 and up is a t25 with
even lower boost. like 5lbs i think with the t25 and 8 or 9 with the t3.
Could be wrong tho.

above 35psi 17 psi is fuck all, I run 18psi on my 97 eclipse and i dont
need 2 bov's,, I've seen supras with big rig turbos with inlets big enough
to stand beer cans up in them putin out 45 psi and still running only 1 bov
with out surge,this dsm is overkill I think the owner thought it would be
"cool" to put 2 on...he must as he ruined a nice looking car by ricing it
out, there is 0 need for 2 unles u have twin turbo V6/8
not bad. Take them out to the drag strip get your time and see what it
really run and your speed. Im a HONDA guy i got a F22b1 accord vtec ready
to drop a turbo. you should get better rims and tires hope your not running
17" rims go smaller and thiner tires, not chrome lol get sum sick black
ones men. and that honda accord is clean thats how they should be men, i
like the style of the eclipes but should be lower down more with better
rims and tiers just saying good luck
lol crankwalk is not too common, and GSTs usually don't have 7 bolt swaps.
Anyone who really does a 7 bolt swap on a GST either has a preference or
didn't do their homework. 7 bolts are notorious for crank walk, although
it's not as common as you'd think. The 6 bolt has a stronger bottom end and
are known for their low compression and wider throttle body, making it
awesome for forced induction. Myself, I have a 6 bolt swap with a nice 20G
compressor housing =)

have my f22b2 pushing 204hp to the crank, its not even a vtec! stock at 130
engine hp.
Hey i got to say..... the eclipse body work, not vibin that, but DSM walkin
on a Honda, Now i can digg that. Imagine dude spent so much money to swap
tht H in there to get beat by a car that came with that motor and spent
less money.... I laugh and sit back. Dude with the Honda take notes. Real

@RickyBanks488 swaping a h22a and buying a accord is cheaper than a turbo
eclipse over all lol..i can buy a accord for 1500 and a h22a for 1000 and
other shit to finish the swap for 500 thats only 3k for a 200 hp car to
start off with..and you have bragging rights cuz im built not bought
that would be terrible for performance on a single turbo...i feel so bad
for people who dump all the time and money into a Honda to turbo them, just
to still get walked on by factory turbo vehicles. I would be pissed...
its not the car its the driver, have a friend with a built gsr turbo 408
who does low 12s and my other friend 448 whp focus 2.0 on boost doing mid
high 11.8s. so if he is doing 13s.. all driver, or bad tires.
lmao yeah my grocery getter can do 9's if i wanted it to but i dont have to
worry about that i can fit lots of grocerys in my 4 door hahah and still
have power to leave eclipse owners 10 cars behind : )

It's because of the 200 extra pounds of putty and body kit on that riced
out thing. Instead of being aerodynamic and sticking to the ground it's
trying to lift off.
he shouldve left that eclipse wit the stock body... i kno dats car isnt a
ricer but it sure looks lik it... accord is clean... and dats comin 4rm a
