hi heather, I'm I'm "almost vegan." My downfall is eggs. What is the reason why you don't eat eggs? Is there a reason why shouldn't we eat hormone free, cage free eggs?

The egg industry can be just as cruel as the meat and fish industry for ethical-vegans. Eggs also are reported as having a detrimental amount of cholesterol recently.

I've heard grape seed oil is very good for you...better than olive oil. I've never tried it personally but wanted to know your thoughts on it?

P.F.Chang uses an Iceberg lettuce wrap for some of their chicken wraps. I bet you could use that for this chickpea salad instead!
