@AmericanPowerBase Hey, my friend, I understand your frustration. Just to let you know, I have not been employed at Ford Motor Credit for almost 2 years. The place was the most stressful job I've ever had. Sorry I'm not able to help you out.

Where was the Taurus in all that? That was one of Ford's more important cars. It's gotta get some kinda credit. lol
