The dishonorable steven is more like it.A radical that stuck down laws that
protected rights to citizens while finding things that stole rights from
the states to create things not in the constitution.For almost 35
years,injustice toward the founders and the american people have been
violated by this sorry excuse for a justice.

the fact that stevens and other liberals want to give the same rights to
non-citizens as americans shows they have no respect or dont see anything
special about being an american.Infact,they give non-citizens greater
rights than americans.A citizen often has to produce 5 forms to social
services while an illegal alien often shows only one.one document shows
"undocumented workers"that dont have pay stubbs,must have a letter showing
they have a job. if they get cash under the table,its ok

minorities in light of recent history... I'm not saying IT'S THE TEA

Well if that is the case, why are there so many unqualified minorities in
jobs that they aren't qualified for, Barack Obama included...AA is nothing
but Reverse Discrimination in your case.

No one should get the preference. you can't have equal opprpotunity when
one group gets a preference. In fact the very idea of any kind of
preference is an oxymoran of equal opprotunity.

@3dartistguy your characterization is incorrect. The purpose of AA is when
there are 2 EQUALLY QUALIFIED individuals and one is a minority, the
minority gets preference.
