He wasn't even playing the so called knock-out game he had a mental disorder, these incidents are isolated attacks. So their plan is going to be that they're going to come up with a new hate crime law that the mandatory sentence will be like 25 years but, not for the person that threw the punch but for everybody that was with him, so that way they can fill these prisons. Keep this in mind prisons are like charter schools they get paid per student, per prisoner from the government.
