I think you're referring to hospitals with religious administrators having to perform abortions if patients want them. Hospitals are secular institutions even if they have religious leadership. I used to be very active in my church, but even then, I realized the difference between a church, which is inherently religious, and a hospital

After you get past the idiotic music, you see it's one religious group imposing their will on others. You are not forced into birth control, and have no right to keep others away from it. The first amendment is not for prohibiting other people's first amendment rights.
