+Mayrabliss I eat just healthy and clean! I only eat white meat, fruits, vegetables, and quinoa! I DO NOT count calories! :) I eat whenever my body tells me to! Hope this helps!
+LennethTheCat Instead of Burpees I would recommend Planking! I would consult with your doctor before though! This is not a professional answer; Planking is a great exercise that works so many muscles just like Burpees, but minus the terrible jumping! You can plank on your forearms to give your wrists a break, and you can also plank on your knees in a modified position to help your ankles! This is a great ab, arm, leg, back workout! Planking has so many benefits! I hope this helps! :)

+Jaybird196 Hello! :) All of Kayla's workouts are considered "resistance training." She created guidelines in her book that help you get an idea of how you should be planning your workouts. I hardly showed my LISS and I think only once filmed HIIT. I set it up so Monday: Resistance Legs Tuesday: LISS Wednes: Resistance Arms Thurs: HIIT/Stretch Friday: Resistance Abs/ Full Body Saturday: Rest Sunday: Yoga/ LISSHope this helps :)

When beginning second 7 minutes of Circuit 1, do I always start with squat
jumps or do I continue where I left off from the first 7 min if I didn't
complete 2 full rounds?

+Aurora Jacksonyes I get that, I was just saying that on the one I have, day 1 of week 1 is pre-training, and the excercises are different. I guess you must have the old one.
+Vero Montenegro It says day 1 of week 1 in the title. All my videos state which day they are. This is the 12 week program. None of them are from pre-training otherwise it would be stated.

points about the price...How many of you have made the 12 weeks and gone
onto the next 13-24 weeks?
+memohill2002 what I mean is, u will still lose weight and tone even if u repeat the first 12 weeks, 13+ are more elaborate, more pushing u to the limit
most people do the first 12 twice and then are able to move onto the 13+ weeks, the beauty of this is that it's all pushing yourself to the max, so even if you repeat, your body will never get used to it

+Martine Malherbe94 That is up to you. This guide is not a "quick fix". After you see results, if you stop working out and eating healthy, you will lose those results. It is all about consistency and determination. I am currently not doing Kayla's guides anymore but I am still going to the gym everyday, lifting and doing cardio. It is not only a 12 week thing, it is a lifestyle. I hope this helps!

I'm just starting this program and it says not to do resistance and HIIT in
the same day or LISS in the same session but I honestly feel like doing
just the circuits isn't enough for me for one day. Right now I have two
hours free time to spend at the gym and I would like to take advantage of
that until school starts back up for me. Does anyone know why the book says
not to do more than it lists? Has anyone done more and what were your
results?
+Freckle-F0x Toward the end of completing 2.0 I was spending more time in the gym doing circuit training and lifting. That is the great thing about Kayla's guides, you can alter them to your liking! Kayla offers this tip because there are many girls who are beginners and she is helping them avoid injuries. I have been doing more because I know I have the endurance and strength to do so. Give it a try and see what works for you. Hope this helps! :)

you. I do cardio for like 45 minutes a day and although I've lost 13 pounds
so far I still am not happy with my results. I am going to do this guide!
