Some very few words match to Chinese but I don't think to Korean. It is a Tibetan branch language. There are mainly five languages in Bhutan namely Ngalung (national language, the song) shershop, kurtep, khempa and nepali.

It sounds like a better version of Chinese or Korean. It would be the first asian language I would learn probably. Is it only spoken in Bhutan and is it familiar to Chinese,Korean (spoken)?

for those using phone, you can also use this website. after you copied the link and pasted it on the bar thing, you hold the "right click here and save as" button and then click on save link. after you finish downloading it will say "file saved as" followed by the name you just have to rename it and you're done!
