Hi Eric - thanks for doing a test on that BP monitor. Since you're a Pro on BP did you compare the with a manual bp-tester? I heard quite alarming things about all these electronic testers.

The one I tested was accurate. I compared it against my manual one. But I only took my blood pressure three times with it too. So long term reliability is unknown.

Blood-pressure monitoring is something that has been around for a long time, but the technological advances in it have been slow. They might come up with sleeker and more light-weight designs, but I don't see them doing any major updates for a long time, at least not until a new method or technology for monitoring blood pressure emerges. Until then, this is a convenient way to check blood pressure in a very hassle free way.
