That had actual effort put into it, and was excusable for having no plot or logic. This on the other hand may be a cartoon, but it should teach it's audience at least SOME morale. That, and Disney can make movies for both kids and adults and even take dark matters and make them work. This movie doesn't work well in that favor.

+UltraeVires You....I hate that excuse. Kids movies don't need to be logical, but my god do they need to at least be FOR kids. This movie is mean and harsh to our main character up to the point where it's just depressing. Great kids movie my butt.

+Eli Copperman First, yes it is because it's a kids movie. Second, just because you didn't laugh doesn't mean other people didn't. It's a valid excuse because kids movies don't have to make sense. It's entirely for comic relief.

Second, I saw this movie when i was a kid and did not laugh once. So yeah, I doubt kids would find this entertaining. But seriously, just because something is for kids does not excuse it for being crap.
