Inspired by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe, Chicken is simmered in a delicious blend of three states of Fenugreek – the seeds, the leaves and the dried spice ...
Hi. At the end you said add water. In video it looks like coconut milk. Its
white color. Was it water or coconut milk? Also here its hard to find fresh
Fenugreek. Can I use dry one? Thanks
+YaSaman HF Hi there! It's water that i poured into the bowl that had the yogurt in that's why it looked white. If you playback at about 5.17 you will see it. If you can't find Fresh Fenugreek , don't substitute it for the dried one ... they taste very different. If you add too much dried Fenugreek, your curry will be bitter. Better ti go for something like Spinach instead.
Hello ma'am can I ask something?hmm I dont know where i can the
"Fenugreek"here in the philippines . Is it possible to use a different
ingredients? I wan to know how to cook the indians foods #mouthwatering .i

+Cherry Barimbao Hey Cherry! Thank you so much for your kind comments, ig you can't find Fenugreek, try Spinach? I have a good fillipino friend, I will ask her if it's called something else in the Phillippines and let you know!
+srijay sen Hey there! If you can't find Methi, I would rather you just leave it out. If you use more than 1 tsp of te powder it will make the gravy very bitter. Maybe use spinach instead?
Hi bong you cook very good, it looks so yummy. Just one thing, you touch
all the seasoning bottles with raw chicken. I hope you sanitize it before
putting it away so your family and you can stay safe from food illness.
