How to pick a lock with a Swiss Army tweezer and safety pin
This video teaches you how to pick a lock using only a tweezer from a swiss army knife and a safety pin. Only use this information for proving that you're cooler ...
If someone is interested in getting into lockpicking as an intellectual
part time, they should know, that this 'raking' is only the most crude,
basic method. It will only work on very simple locks. With just a little
more effort one can learn better/more efficent, less crude/more elegant
methods and learn interesting facts about how locks (various kinds) work as
well. Someone taught me some basics once, it can be fun.
i would say that if there was a hole in your door overnight that you didn't
put there then someone might have tried to break in, however if the hole
was only about 3mm's, im not exactly sure how they would try to go about
opening your door. i guess they probably were trying to pull out the lock,
but if its a solid wood door, it just doesnt make any sense. does it go all
the way through the door?
Sweet, I'm definetly doing that at school! XD But is there anything else I
could use as a torsion wrench? My knive hasn't got tweezers. :( Oh and
also, a paperclip can be used instead of a safety pin, right?
i just wanna throw this out there.. but technically.. thats not picking..
its raking. .. picking uses the same basic techniuqe.. but instead of
raking.. you push the tumblers 1 by 1.
Technically, you're correct, it is raking. I used the term "picking" as a
common reference term because not too many people know of raking, at least
outside of yard work.
Some of the rollerball pens have a flat metal clip on the outside, that
works great as a tension wrench. Paperclips usually tend to be flimsy and
bend too easily.
Raising the nations safety level, one step at a time :D Waiting for the how
to video for knocking someone out without the risk of killing him eagerly :D

I was in Roomful in the 80's (I'd be more specific, but this IS the
internet), with Ronnie Earl, Porky, Copley, Piccolo etc. This was pre-rehab
Ronnie Earl days, but even so he was a really nice guy. Most were
(especially Rich Lataille, an amazing blues scholar as well), with two
notable exceptions: Piccolo was a total prick, and the guy behind ousting
Duke, along with Rossi. Everybody HATED Rossi. I played with Vachon many
times, and he was always cool. He just LOOKS like an asshole.
I've known the guys in Roomful since about 1976, and was privileged to play
trombone and bass trombone with the band in '98 and '99, including in this
video. I don't know who these folks are who are posting here, but if you
don't have something nice to say, try keeping it to yourselves. I've been
in this business for 40 + years, and these are the most stand-up guys I've
ever worked with-INCLUDING Rossi, and especially Chris Vachon. Consummate
professionals in every respect.
I've loved this band for over 30 years, their personnel changes, but the
sound still kicks ass! Chris Vachon is a fantastic picker, very underrated.
I know they're based in New England, but I wished they'd come around the
midwest again. They haven't been here for years
I knew Bob Enos (trumpet) for 5 or 6 years and they dont get any better
than him.. What a great man and his horn speaks for itself.. WOW... Oh and
Chris Vachon can FUK right off
SAK Ferro Rod Trick - How to Easily Upgrading a Victorinox Swiss Army Knife - Firesteel Mod
During Summer Monsoon is always enough time to clean and maintain gear - e.g. sharpening and oiling knives, replacing defect parts, fatting billhooks and so ...
+Renaco Boban check the victorinox webpage for a local victorinox address which will surely help You- sry I can't do it for You since their crazy page directs me always back to the Indian page only ;-)Alternatively You can check eBay or any online shops who ship worldwide. google genuine Victorinox spare parts.
I have manufactured a few of these. However i have broken each one. One i
accidently super glued along with the scales in it and broke it getting
out. The other started failling apart (like crumbled). I broke a ton while
making each one too. Im almost at a point where i am sick of making them,
but i like them very much. I would rather just buy a package of them to be
honest if anyone is willing to make a few.
I have extended the size a little bit. I carved on the scales out all the
way to the pen to allow a long piece. Currently mine is 6.5 cm long, 3 mm
wide, about 1 mm thick. A little longer and a little fatter than the
toothpick.
wow thanks that idea concerning the wider piece is very interesting, I have to check out ...yes I can easily confirm some of Your experience ;-)means to me it also happened that I broke a piece during making, and another one got destroyed when I used it. But meanwhile I found simple procedures to make and use them which are relatively safe, means nothing can break. I have recently uploaded a video about making a ferrotoothpick for a Victorinox MiniChamp, there the full process is shown. I use only sandpaper and files and keep the toothpick most of the time flat on the sandpaper, so it cannot break. Whiles using them one has to give support - here in that video I show it with a box of nasal snuff but usually it is enough to keep a finger under the ferrorod whiles striking it (astonishingly one gets not burned ...) as demonstrated in the other video. works fine with index or middle finger ;-)the raw ferrorods which I use for making the picks are kind of soft and usually easy to bring in shape but I never noticed that they fall apart and crumble. They oxidyze as all these ferrorods do if not used for a while but that is only on the surface, so far there was no throughout corrosion. Means, so far even all of those which I kept here (in India, including monsoon weather conditions) over some years are still fine. Seems there are either very slight quality differences between the one and the other, or maybe also my kind of striking is different between the different knives, so sparks are sometimes more and sometimes less - but finally all work fine.Additionally to these ferrotoothpicks I put always a little amount of cotton somewhere in the knife, so I have also directly any tinder in case I need. If it sucks little bit of Ballistol from the knife even better - catchs easily the sparks and burns like hell.In my bigger knives I store this cotton usually under the saw, the best storage space I found in the minichamp is under this multipurposephilipsbottleopenerthing ... and I use the ferrotoothpick to get that cotton out if required ;-)Yes I agree would be fine to get such toothpicks somewhere ready to buy, that would make life easy - and I even wonder why neither Victorinox nor any other company, e.g. Swissbianco or so, offer that. Must be very easy to produce such ferrotoothpicks industrially and I am sure lot of people would purchase some of them. But ok, on the other side, before I feel bored I can do any little toothpick project or something similar, it is fun and makes same if not even more sense than wasting time with any useless things ;-)
Thank You! ;-)It is very easy to do, just a matter of minutes and not much equipment required. I made a small video which shows how exactly I make such mischmetal toothpicks - //youtu.be/EpS-EOow0VI (that job starts at around 0:22).But I am by nature more of a lazy guy and still wondering why Victorinox doesn't offer itself these parts as extra item or spare part. ;-)))
+israr asif hey back, and thanks for watching! ;-)Got my scales in Europe but as Antony Monteiro (see the comments below) has found out the scales should be available in Bangalore at the Victorinox office in Cunningham Rd, 107 Prestige Centre Point.btw: if You want to purchase accidentially a new Victorinox check amazon.in, seems they have today some models at very reduced rate / special offer. ;-)
Hi Danilo, thanks. The scales are original Victorinox spare parts, usually available in stores for Victorinox pocket knives together with other spare parts like toothpick or pen.The idea is simply to use the Swiss Champ scales also for other army knives. If there are no Victorinox dealers or dependances close to You, You can maybe ask Victorinox Brasil or these shop guys at //www.victorinoxstore.com.br/ where to get them.I got my spare parts formerly always in a normal cutlery shop which sells also Victorinox, but later I ordered them online in Europe. Some weeks back one of my viewers here informed me that I can get spares now also here in Bangalore, India ... seems Victorinox delivers meanwhile worldwide first class service! ;-)rgds, Robert
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TVHF SILK BASE AND SWISS LACE CLOSURES
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN OUR CUSTOM CLOSURES AND REGULAR CLOSURES Music : Fela //www.thevirginhairfantasy.com/shop Like us on facebook ...
For the second picture (the blonde hair) exactly what hair is that? I LOVE
the color and the curl pattern and would like to purchase. Can I purchase
it already colored like that?
So i just want the silk so that I do not have to go through the bleaching
process. But my question is which of the closures looks more natural for a
free part?
even if you don't use the elastic band method, can you still part your ways
in different ways with the silk base closure and have it still look natural?
