I don't think so as the settings are pretty basic. Unless you put it in modem mode and use another router than can do what is done in this video (throttle speed).

+lee hopper Yo Hopper, you could initially try your QOS (Quality of Service) on your D-LINK DSL-3780 firmware, here's a link on how to find your QOS for your router. //community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Technology-Tips-Tricks-and-Cool/How-to-configure-qos-on-dsl-3780/td-p/1345905Once in QOS, you'll be able to throttle upload or download or possibly both. So you'll probably need your Console's IP Address (which should also be a Static IP on your console for this method..) Unless your router has DHCP Reservation... Otherwise program your console/device's IP/MAC ID for a DHCP Reservation)I'd recommend to start throttling at 512kbps download and 1024kbps upload. Play a few games/different lobbies . Then try 384 upload and 768 download. And see what works best for your hit detection. *Hint - You'll want to use a 2-1 download/upload ratio and experiment to see which works the best for your network. Personally I use 384up/768 down.  Throttling the connection to your console/gaming network is what helps prevent Lag Compensation.Keep in mind that throttling works great when your connected to players that are geographically close to your location. But when connected to players far away... (Skill Based Match Making) You're still going to get lag from high ping values. And we all know how skill based matchmaking plagues pub lobbies... :(*Hint - Throttling will also cause your console to lag if you're recording game clips with your console while your playing a match online. After recording a clip, you'll had to unthrottle your console's connection and wait a few minutes for the clip to upload to Xbox Server, PSN Server otherwise you'll start lagging out and rubber banding all over the map. If you're not worried about the price tag... And you want the highest positive edge for Online Competition... I'de recommend using a D-Link Archer C7 and a Netduma R1 for precision throttling combined with the Geo Filter. When you play on dedicated servers close to your area while throttling, you will eliminate bad match making with greatly improved hit detection.Not every player is going to have a perfect ping, but this technique really does help the hit detection. A lot...Using this technique will help both Lag Compensation and Poor Match Making. And makes COD and other Online Games way more fun to play! No one enjoys high sodium levels and smashing expensive controllers... I've smashed many in the past, before finally investing in good networking equipment. Hmmm i live relatively far from the dedicated farms with one being in Kansas and another in Washington but if this works for me I'll definitely give that a shot. I hate this game with a seething passion and it's honestly 99.99% because I pay for 50/25mb Internet and am always getting fucked on the connection. That shoot 4-5 bullets into a guy only to get melted watch the killcam amd it says I never even pulled the trigger that shit infuriates me so bad I put my AW in my game storage trunk with all my ps2/3 games. Hope this helps me too cause AW really isn't a bad game it was just poorly executed with the sbmm taking priority over connection. Well that and me constantly getting hit markers with snipers lol

+Jeremy Case Nice, I'm still having really good results throttling at 384up and 768 down. Once you get that working on your Nighthawk, you can plug in a Netduma R1 and then play on dedicated servers. Made another video showing the setup ;)

I show how to configure the Netduma's WAN IP settings, that way you can reserve the Netduma's WAN IP Address in your other router and throttle the full signal being sent to your Netduma. Ever since I've been using that setup, Advanced Warfare and Black Ops 2 have been amazing ;)

+VAMPIREMACHIINE hey wdup? The netduma I ordered a week ago was delivered yesterday and it's remarkable indeed! My range is set to 300 miles and I play FFA around 3 am and find full matches between 10 - 30 ms! Tops! Now in mid day my matches are found around 60 miles away at just 10 - 12 ms?! And I'm from long island NY so one side is all water and I only use the half radius on land and yet I'm impressed! Worth $200 for me. Why the devs had me matched with players from Seattle to Texas when there are lots of gamers in NY (or northeast in general) is beyond me???!!!But I must give credit where credit is due, you were absolutely right when you said this setup is a lag fix. I use netduma as my only router and throttle my bandwidth to 768 kbs down and 364 kbs up and geo filter match making to be no farther than 300 miles and it's improved the quality no doubt. I did a 6 hour session and not once did I rubber band /get one shotted by an atlas45 / or killed by a guy before my TV shows me the guy started shooting at me. It's relieving to have some discretion on distance and ping :-)

QOS is what's being used in this video, but it doesn't fix getting matched up with far away players. (Skill based Match Making)That's where the NetDuma R1 comes into play. It's a router with a Geo Filter you can use to only play people in your filter which makes online gaming sooo much better. The NetDuma R1 is a bit pricey but it's worth it for the online games you get.

+VAMPIREMACHIINE And I figured out what modem only means. It's for modems that double as routers too. My modem is a Motorola surfboard 6220 and its literally a "modem only" lol

+ik1llpeeple4fun You'll want to put your ISP's modem into "Modem Only Mode" or Bridge Mode. Not every modem has that feature depending on who your provider is. What I would recommend is finding your modem's model number.and then searching on google to see if it's possible. For me I searched "How to bridge Hitron CGN3" and found the directions. Then you set your router as the gateway. I'll post a new video soon as I'm now using my ISP modem (modem only mode) which connects to my TP-Link Archer C7, which connects to my NetDuma R1. Then all my consoles are hooked up to NetDuma R1.

With Automatic on, basically whenever you turn on you Xbox, it'll always have a different IP Address and then your Router Configuration will not work because it works for the IP Address you put

+Jonathan Giles The QOS Priority does make a difference because its basically telling the router what you want it to mainly focus on and to basically make sure that the highest priority gets the most stable connection so it doesn't lag or anything like that

I only have my Xbox One wired, so it is the only option that shows up when i create a priority rule under wired connetion. However when I create a rule and select Mac Address all the wireless devices show up like iPhone's, iPad's, my laptop, etc... Does changing the priority for each wireless device make a difference? I definitely want my laptop among the higher priorities in addition to my Xbox One (though it's wired). I also clicked the DMZ server on the WAN settings like you said as well as my Nat Type to Open...

+Jonathan Giles Well the Port Forward should have different names like what I did with the XB1, XB2, etc. Just put all those numbers I have with what your Xbox IP Address is and I know you can't find your own model, don't worry about that step

I'm having trouble entering all my router port forwarding numbers and changing settings on my xbox to manual like you did/recommended. Netgear hasn't been much help, nor geeksquad.
