connect to the network on your laptop, then connect an ethernet cable to your laptop and xbox 360 and choose wired connection. that's all

The Xbox One has Wi-Fi built in, so you don't need an Ethernet cable. Simply connect your Xbox One to your wireless network.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue your receiving does it give you an error code and if it does i suggest going to the microsoft technet help site and type the error code in if you don't have a error code i don't know what to suggest sorry i hope i helped :)

It tells me, "to create a network bridge you must select at least two lan or high-speed internet connections that are not being used by Internet Connection Sharing." :(
