Right or wrong the Minister shouldn't have "fronted" him out like that in front of everybody...there was a bigger issue at hand and he was trippn on shit that really had nothing to do with the issue at hand...now i know that some countries have "rules to proper etiquette" but he could have "talked shit" after the meeting...im jus sayn...

The guy was afraid of being contaminated by nuclear radiation? That's why he refused to shake hands with the other guy? Japanese are really hilarious.hahaha It's already reported that some hotels refused to give rooms to the refugees from Fukushima area where nuclear plant problem happened.

Mr. Matsumoto is in the wrong era. We are in 2012, not in 1450. Instead of supporting his people he rebukes the brave people fighting the crisis. Arrogant scumbag. Good thing that this asshole has been kicked out. Nobody needs people like him. They standing in the way.

What a shame. Mark my words: The real tsunami is MEDIOCRITY and that minister was correct. Protocols and considerate behavior should not become casualties, as well. The ministers true weakness was in apologizing.

I think he is correct, but in this circumstance he should have said that after the meeting was over. Then again he should have understood that in such times things happens. Things like this happens eveywhere.

The story about the nurse committing suicide is fucked up. This is what happened: I believe Princess Kate was staying at a hospital, and two radio hosts pranked called the hospital pretending to be the Queen of England and asked to speak to Kate. The nurse who took the call totally fell for the prank and passed the call to Kate. Later the nurse found out she was tricked and killed her self leaving behind two Children.

Logic of killing yourself because you're afraid to die: frightened of experiencing a slow and painful death, watching all your loved ones die slowly and painfully, being scared and simple not wanting to see the world crumble.
