to the people who think sc doesn't have sirens... really? really? lol! tornadoes are no strangers to our state & we test our sirens every 3 weeks because we get them year round... even in december.

There's sirens all around Columbia, but they're intended for if there was a accident at the nuclear plant. They don't sound them during tornado warnings..

Most counties don't, since "We never get tornadoes in South Carolina!" despite the fact that the Rock Hill, SC tornado hit in November. My county doesn't :(

yea i live in gwood and weve had 4 or 5 tornadoes in the past 2 yrs so im glad we do!
