If he is still in this seat, make sure the straps are above his shoulders. They appear to be below in this video. His harness needs to be slightly tighter, as well.

Britax convertible car seats can be tethered in the rear-facing position. We have a video posted on how to tether your convertible car seat rear facing; this information can also be found in your product's user guide.

Looking for a seat that will fit a newborn that may be very small. Four lbs. Would also like to be able to continue using as the baby grows. Would like to get a good one that is safe and will last. Your opinion would be appreciated.
