+Josh Bobst It was rumoured to be a packet of custard creams (at least he's said so in some tellings) and in the 70s there wouldn't have been the little snack sized ones. The normal sized packets have 16 in them, custard creams not being particularly big. Thanks for the inspiring video Traynickel! I live in Cook County so I'm proud of this sheriff for doing the right thing! I think I'm going to shoot him an email and thank him for standing up for the families of Cook County and stopping this massive fraud perpetrated on the people! One person CAN make a difference :D (that and his large investigative team)

Gary I am ashamed of you! Seriously... I can show you how to thrive on a 100% raw vegan diet. First you must transition of course and you can have some raw starch. I make a fantastic "moc n cheez" using fresh raw yams made into soft noodles- all raw- and delicious. Also a fantastic fluffy substantial rice from celery root and parsnips that will make you wonder why you ever ate brown rice! You of all people have to go deeper into this ... jorjeni- your videos are really good and i wish you the best in your raw food adventure. I know that you will enjoy this and all your hopes and dreams will come true with raw food. Stick with it-- eat fruit and go easy on the nuts and seeds and "super foods" - like raw chocolate-- they are mostly marketing. Stick with the basics like fruit and greens!

I know I always do that I am not very good with names and even though I have it right when I wrote out the list I have it right there I always say her name wrong. Good for you for picking a good diet. Just remember, not all cooked food is bad. Brown rice, even though cooked should be eaten. Also beans and grains are also ok. I eat brown rice, millet, black beans, red kidney beans, garbonzo beans. I also use brown rice and splet pasta stuff too.
