I've been using this litter box ever since I posted the review and it has
been fine all that time. I would recommend keeping it either on a tiled or
hardwood floor or if carpeted, put some paper down to catch stray litter.
Occasionally a clump will fall the wrong direction so it's nice to have
that on paper than a rug or carpet. As for noise, it's not the quietest
machine out there but it shouldn't disturb your neighbors. If it does, you
likely have other issues with them.
Mine lasted 2 months before it broke. The warrenty through the place i
bought it from is still 1 year. The first sign of problems were it getting
stuck and flipping the cat litter out of the end of the box. Then the
screen got stuck and it didn't stop and bent it.
I think they should look into a sensor to sense where the unit is on the
box. All in all. Good product. Good warrenty.
I have one of these as well and it works very nicely. I think they must
have improved the motor since as it doesn't seem as loud as yours does. I
have had it for about 6 months and no problems so far with 4 cats, although
I do have 2 other boxes (one on each floor) to spread the load. One of my
cats hates it and punches it when it runs and I have posted a video of him
on here.
I watched another review of this product that said this box became
defective after about six months, did you have any troubles with this
product after that? also, how loud would you say the box is? loud enough to
disturb neighbors through thin walls? would you recommend I keep something
under the box to catch stray pieces of litter and waste? thanks so much!
sorry, but to ME it looks like it's getting stuck on the wall... as in it's
TOO close at the bottom right. I could be wrong, but i'd move the box and
try again.
You saw that too. Yeah, of course we were expecting it to turn to that side, right? And what do you know, it did. I could see that coming within seconds of the start of the video.

+floralburrito thank you! lol I can't believe how many people commented on that part! haha. Of course I didn't touch the pee, it was brand new littler, come on people ;)
+Amanda Crane haha i was shocked at first and wondered why she didn't have a scoop or something but then again the cat only peed on that one spot and she grabbed some of the litter from the other side to cover it. it's still new, I doubt the pee has spread over the area she touched, and she's gonna wash her hands anyway, lol
+Chris Adams yeah no problem! I would try a kind with different litter. Because i really loved not having to scoop, but now I don't want to spend money on another one :/
Trust me that clumping litter is way better than crystals. I used to use
crystals for my car and I didn't like it at all. It's expensive and the
urine and its odor stays there unless you change the crystals completely.
+Fabiola Ventura So true! clump litter really do last for a long time compare to other litter. You just have to scoop the clumps out and the rest of the litterbox is still clean
Ahh so many misspells. Stupid autocorrect, but if you're saying that the litter box smell like urine fast than its definitely the crystals that are causing it.
