KFI radio reported that the "victim" actually accidentally set himself on fire. He was wearing a gilly suit covered in dry moss while he was smoking a cigarette. Dry moss is just a fire waiting to happen. The people around him actually tried to help stop the fire. The laughing you here are from people who were unaware of why the fire was started. After all it was a party atmosphere. No one expected someone to suddenly burst into flames and die. People were just having a good time.
