Yuka,can you explain the use of "0-aiso" when requesting the bill.I have asked this question to many Nihonjin,but they had no idea why this expression is used;particularly common in sushi bars.Apparently,unlike "O-kanjo" it does not mean "account or bill".

I have a question about Sushi. I love spicy food, and I put hot sauce on almost everything. In America, this is no problem. If you put hot sauce on sushi, it's ok. But what about in Japan? Would it be disrespectful if I eat sushi with hot sauce?

+ChosenofThor  No, you'd better not use your hot sauce at sushi restaurants. If you want to make them more spicy, ask staff to do so with wasabi... If they offer you hot sauce, of course you can use it, though.
