my car sounds similar.. no leak/holes in exhaust why so loud? i replaced the knock sensor lol have fun! use a 10inch extension wrench with 12mm socket and a ujoint i can even help who ever needs help

ha, i thank you for posting the engine. i swapped mine out for a newer one cuz mine died and i couldn't figure out how the passenger side mount went back on the engine. happy happy joy joy.

@valleyfever Welcome. You might have a bit of trouble locating it though, it was junked and crushed about a year ago and from what I hear, the recycled steel is sent to China.

sounds like my old sentra, drove it to the junkyard w/ 270k.. coulda hit 300. new timing chain tensioner would fix a good deal of the noise.

what happen when the knock sensor goes out? i have one it is on its #2 engine and still running 250+ daily work car

i just bought a 98 sentra gxe for 600 bucks has 150,000 looks and runs like brand new clean title!

@hamtalker2007 my 94 has 175000 and runs like a champ. Mine doesn't use any oil either.

Yes 2843 and a nearly perfect corner balance, with no other weight savings. It can easily get to 2600 by ditching half of the exhaust system, stereo, ac and other miscellaneous items. Sound deadening removal alone shaves 80lbs.

Well, coming in at 2,800 lbs is pretty cool. Did you actually weigh it or are you guessing? I'm putting the TT into my N/A T-top chassis and would love to be under 3,200 lbs with some minor weight saving tweaks.

Most tt swaps in na ttop chassis are around 3400lbs, can get lower by ditching creature comforts
