@Puddles since 2009 I found that that it was totally normal mate- at 2000rpm if the lamda test light flashes more than 5 times during a 10 sec period- it's working! (and that was the paper clip test on lamda test circuit)

+Wutec Ok,yes ecutalk is quite handy for diagnosis for early pre 2000 nissans.
