I really like this video. Helps me a lot. But my home internet is so bad,
I can't play in in my concrete apartment building. Is there anyway to get
this as a file that I can just play directly and skip the bad internet
connection. This has helped me a lot and I like to get back into doing it

@gloryboundkev ExCUSE you but who are YOU, supposedly a fellow CHRISTIAN,
to pass judgement on ME? You are sinning by judging me, which is not yours
at all to do. I am not SINNING because I choose to exercise my body in a
way different than running or sweating in a gym. I do not need to justify
that I am who I say I am; maybe you need to read your bible a little deeper
and stop being so closed-minded. God comes in many different forms, however
He can. & if i feel peace & His presence I'm doing
this felt awesome! gonna see if she has any longer routines - only 3
stretches (2 were to each side then a forward bend) but she holds them long
enough to feel the stretch and I needed a modificatin for the first and she
said how to modify. I was thinking under 20 min wouldn't be long enough but
my lower back felt great after this - think I may use it before doing any
exercise just to get the kinks out. thank you!
@gloryboundkev I am doing just fine. I am an avid prayer and all of my
friends and family are believers; if I felt the Lord pushing me in a
different direction or blatantly showing me/telling me to stop yoga I would
obey. Please keep your opinions about me-who you do not know-to yourself.
You are not helping me see the light, if that is your point, you are
bashing other cultures and Christianity, to a point.
my initial reaction was wow...this is gonna suck. BUT I watched and it's
really easy and applicable. I'll have to explain this to my wife of course.
; ) But honestly I searched many other videos and they were too advanced,
impersonal and not practical for people that have to get up and get going
in the morning. I really like it. My only recommendation is to increase
that ambiance or atmosphere.
Actually, this kind of stretching, called static stretching, will increase
your chance of injury if you do it before physical activity. You are
supposed to do what is known as "dynamic" stretching, which requires
motion. The best way to warm your muscles up for a run or a swim is exactly
what you might think...do the activity lightly for 3-5 minutes before
beginning your actual workout.
I thouht this was super!! As a runner, I have decided after reading
numerous articles about flexibility and YOGA helping achieve that, I
decided to try it. BUT, I am from a small town that has YOGA class once a
week, but I was told hardly ever is there a man there. So this morning I
went t o YouTube to try my luck and "voila", there you are. Thank You!!
I'm completely new to yoga and I'm too shy to go to the yoga studio so I
decided to look at Youtube to get started. When I found your channel, I
thought it was perfect. You offer a lot of different things with different
instructors, which is awesome. I do prefer to Lori because I find her
calmer and easier to follow, but I sometimes switch it up for fun
I love your videos, and am living this weight loss plan. But I an having
trouble with the moves in this video that involve holding your head off the
floor. I have issues with a sore neck on the best days, and I find that
these moves make it worse. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong, or any ways
to modify while still getting the same results

Great video, I am new to Yoga and was having a hard time finding a studio
to attend so I decided to check out Youtube and came across your channel
this has been my second day with the morning yogo and Iit feels good, this
is a great way for me to eas into yoga and I will be definitley trying more
of your videos
I absolutely love Lori! I have been living with major back pain from a car
accident for about 5 years now, and I have had all sorts of treatments and
have taken medication and had injections, but nothing has actually helped
me feel better until I started following along on these yoga videos.

@lightoftheworld19 yoga is Eastern religion. Don't pretend to be a
Christian if you want to follow yoga. And definitely don't try to say that
God is pushing you in that direction. Jesus didn't come to condemn, but to
save. If you continue to do your own thing, you are only condemning
yourself.

Thank you i like this yoga strech as a biggner, but this one mostly helps
lower body. can you add upper body too specialy neck part. my neck stiff
and heart every morning even thogh i chang different kinds of pillow. again

Glad I found this film. Appreciate Youtube due to this kind of content.My
homeboy was previously bullied. He explained he was intending to grow
muscles. I laughed... Right up until in just weeks he added 40lbs of
full-strength muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (look in
Google). He doesn't get bullied these days. :) I actually subscribed the
other day. Plus the guys emails are fucking fascinating!
I can't bend forward at the waist - it feels unstable, weak or
dysfunctional. Feels like hips or something. Any pointers for the specific
muscle(s) to stretch? (tight psoas, hamstring, glute, IT band, etc)? I sit
a lot for work. During some basic yoga exercises (child pose, hug knees and
rocking, etc) something deep in my lower back feels irritated/sensitive.
@bugre19 I had the same problem (not knowing if my butt was too high or
not) I thought about it and bought a cheap full sized mirror from walmart
for about $20. I prop the mirror on its side against a table (so it's
longer rather than taller). This helpped me alot since I can see where i'm
at in the position correctly or not. Hope this helps :-)
When I do this exercise on my own, I got noone to let me know if my butt's
too high, or if I'm twisting/leaning, feet are good distance4, etc. But in
the second exercise today I noticed my chest was going back and my butt was
raising on it's own naturally, and I corrected it and felt alot more
effectiveness. Great vids! Keep them coming!
you are correct. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if

Hey I really need something for my shoulder blades and basically my whole
upper bod. Lots of soreness from anxiety or something. Tried your other
