help please. im stock on the step saying "hold the volume down while plugging the usb. it didnt work on my device. it keeps on charging and charging.. please help me. :(

+yussef kh hi, I just waited for the OTA update, Coz it took me a day actually and still can't update through pc companion during those times. maybe it was too slow because sony users updated their software all at the same time.

hey buddy, whenever I try to update I during the preparation phase, I get error 11. something about my internet connection and having to try later. I tried reinstalling and rebooting my phone, but not working. any idea?

BOO! I HATE this PC companion! My dad's sony xperia's phone screen can't work (phone's screen cannot sense the touch), so i tried to use this sony PC companion hoping that i'll be able to transfer my dad's contacts into another phone. BUT this PC companion wants my dad's phone to install a transfer app in order to transfer the contacts !! I know this function is good with phones that are in good condition, but what about retrieving datas from spoilt phones ?! So unsatisfied with this PC companion, not convenient at all.. THUMBS DOWN ! >:(

+Ely Oz lo siento no ahí método por botones para ningún equipo sony de 3ra generación sólo ahí para el r800 Xperia play y el Xperia arc lt26 si es algún otro modelo no se puede necesitas hacer todo el proceso en la pc suerte

te reto a que hagas un hard reset a cualquier modelo y lo subas perdón pero si no sabes de esto no comentes trabajo y vivo de la reparación celular en plaza Meave no creó que sepas más que yo sin ofender guardaré tus comentarios a menos que demuestres lo contrario

no sirve para ese caso ya que lo bloquea por medio de un programa similar a icloud y este tutorial sólo es para eliminar el patrón olvidado

crees que solo deba desactivar el antivirus es que ya lo descargue pero no me lo reconoce se conecta y desconecta al computador

+diana martelo mira debes de seguir al pie de la letra y debes de tener una buena conexon a internet independientemente de que te recomiendo desactivar el antivirus solo es lo unico que te puedo decir pues el programa funciona al 100

para que te funcione al 100 necesitas desactivar tu antivirus de preferenia y en cuanto a que no te reconozca el dispositivo quiere decir que un controlador esta mal te recomiendo desinstalar y volver a instalar el controlador del dispositivo si te maraca lo del storage es porque la memoria del disositivo esta encriptada y no podras acceder a sus funciones es como la cuenta de icloud en iphone espero haberte ayudado

+MrPatovlog hola a mi me aparece type password to descrypt storage y no me permite hacer nada intente actualizarlo con pc companion pero llego hasta el paso tres y me dice error intento una vez mas pero me dice que compruebe mi conexion a internet todo el tiempo y estoy conectado. me puede ayudar. ha y tambien me dice que el dispocitivo no se pudo conectar.GRACIAS
