The length of the video is too damn long! Trust me its on my mind I just haven't figured out a good formula to keep the length down. In other news I think this ...
Looks like the waifu should invest in some motorcycle shoes :)
As for speeds, same here for europe. Except you can get pretty lucky with
highway speeds (100-130km/h - 62-80mph) and of course Germany has the
autobahn (roughly half of which has no speed limits). IIRC Michigan has
something similar except since Interstates are federally funded they were
forced to implement speeding fines so now it's $5 for any speed. I read
that last part on the interwebs so it must be true.
Here in europe they don't need a policeman for fines. There's permanent
speeding cameras, mobile speeding cameras, undercover policecars with
hidden speeding cameras and more and more highways are getting the average
speed cameras (e.g. cameras every 5km for 40km, your average speed for any
part can't go over the speeding limit) to avoid stop&go at permanent
cameras. For my vids I'm just gonna keep it at the occasional blur
(Premiere Pro has mask tracing making it... relatively painless if the
speedo doesn't bump offscreen) and for the rest "they have heavy editing including
playback speed and a faulty speedo" so let's just assume that makes it
inadmissible in court. Nihongo tabemasen, keikan-sama.
I often wonder if they lower speed limits in outlying, straight, boring
roads just to get more speeding fines. They let you ride 11 months out of
the year then when their annual budget's gone... Tickets > taxes.
the problem in japan is that they can do what they want here.
the speedlimit isn t even 50 in the countryside most of the time( most
mountains i know its 40)
the locals do 80+
i heard the speed limits are so low here so police can do whatever they
want.
police can hear u drive past and stop u and give u a ticket.
i ve thought about this problem alot xD
keep bluring ur plate build that cover u mentioned
don t share ur videos with japanese people.
japanese love to get butthurt over some rules that make absolutely no sense
you've asked in the first vlog what you might improve and i d say start
with getting the camera view straight xD
yeah its all BS its go with the flow herei got a ticket for a 78 in a 50 zone. was a 3 lane each direction road under a highwayi m glad he got me when he got me cause i did a lot more until i saw the flashing lights behind me. i ve done there 80+ with the rest of the traffic so many times. but that day i was littereally alone.if u do 50 u better drive in the middle of the lane or trucks squeeze past youi d say if police finds the vids they will be apalled by u being a gainjin and having an opinionso keep blurring plates xD
Don't worry about the length of the videos. I've watched a lot of
motovlogs, and it was the longer ones that I enjoyed. Personally I hate
when they end. A vlog that involves motorcycle riding and japan is like a
double jackpot for me. Sure they take a lot of time and I can't easily
watch them all at once, but I prefer having near-endless content to come
back to
Also I'd played this game called Euro Truck Simulator a while back and I
kept thinking that the speed limits couldn't be right. 50km/h on highways
and such. I guess it might be accurate after all
+Meanderthal17 No, I was on my way to work. I'm working on getting some video of the accident up but I'm wary to do it until I figure a better way to edit out faces because it could cause some legal trouble. I'm getting a plate put in my shoulder next week.
+Kansai Rider Holy crap man I'm glad you're alive. That's terrible. Your wife wasn't riding with you was she? Don't worry about my sub, it'll stay there
+Kansai Rider omfg!!!!! No!!! I'm so sorry to hear that man. I wish you a speedy recovery and I'll be awaiting your next videos. That sucks dude. Best of luck.
+Meanderthal17 It will be a while before you get any new bike content from me, I was hit by a car yesterday and broke my collar bone and my bike is ruined. Please stay subbed though I'm going to try to get back on the road ASAP. Thanks for watching.
+xAdamLeex unfortunately I didn't have time to ride the road to the next town. But they guy said that it basically stays the same. There are plenty of mystery roads here.
Arigato Gazaimaas! SKITZR is a cool dude bro, I met him when he came to my
city and spent two nights around my city showing him around. The article
does not represent who he is as a person, I wouldn't even call it
journalism. Great video mate and nice views, I'll definitely back to this
channel soon ;).
Great video of the "mystery" road! I'm glad the road was dry for you this
time, when it was wet it did not look like it was as fun - but still a
wonderful view!
+commissardante This video wasn't in Wakayama City. I often go a town or two over. I can really only get go on decent trips on the weekend. I actually plan on leaving Kansai to film maybe this weekend!
+Kansai Rider It seemed pretty sketchy then for sure. The view is so incredible from up there though. Any chance you might go to the next town at some point in the future? The narrow winding roads of Japan are so intriguing!
