Thanks!. The nut had rusted and broke in half. Probably common with that
old of a car. The problem is you can get the rest of the bolt out of the
unit.

You could spray the lens for the rear reg plate lights to dim them or add
some tinted clear plastic, thats what im gonna do anyway.
2000 Toyota 4runner rear light bulb.
