Thank you for this! I had a heck of a time with the bottom bolt. You can give yourself a lot more room if you remove the air filter. Just unplug the top and remove it, then remove the filter and then its just 3 10mm bolts holding it to the car. Super simple and really opens that area up. I mean, it's still not fun, but it helps lol.

what about the Toyota Camry 2.4 with no inline filter and only the sieve type in the tank on the pump intake ??? you say nothing of this particular Toyota stupid engineering feat

+Xen DuB Hello. This filter with fuel pump is new Toyota way. Toyota use same way also in Corolla's.

Nice video! But the copper bricks "gaskets" is both used at the top "out". The way you are describing it, it sounds like it should be at least one brick at the bottom "in".

Nice series of videos on this car.. I own the same :) Right now the check engine light is on (VSS malfunction) but I don't know where it is so I can replace it or perform diagnostics.
