Jackson Police Endanger Others by Parking Illegally
//copblock.org got this footage of a Jackson (WI) Police officer parked on the sidewalk/road. We are not sure if there was a call or not to the house outside but ...
ok sooo. if you house is fucking robbed the next time your out you want the
cops to be sure to park in the nearest parking lot instead of coming
directly to your house and helping you....? alright. i guess i see the
logic in case someone barges in your place shoots you in the face while you
dial 911 and starts raping your gf but so long as they park across the
street and jog on over.... fuck off dude stop making cops look like nazis
who do whatever they want.
they turn them on if its danger an off if they dnt want the ppl at the
house to know that the cops are there till its to late. but good try on
that factor. an police vehicles are exempt from parking laws... an if the
person in that house in fact is in danger why would he park in the parking
lot? some day you may lose your rights but today i will protect them good
day sir get off our backs were here for you!
I would agree with jackson. There is nothing wrong with this. if he is
there on call and its a burglary or any other type of call that he would
not want to alert the person back there then no lights is no lights. I
remember when i had some one break in they all came without lights on and
parked illegally. but they got the guy. that is all that matters to me
Just for the record, from what I understand, they leave the vehicles
running because the computers and equipment would drain the battery very
very quickly. But, he should be in that parking lot or have his lights on,
I agree
@piergen Agreed, I just love how quickly people are ready to bash the
officer, but maybe, just maybe, before some of you morons open your mouth
you should do some homework about the situtation.
I hate he growing tyranny as much as ANYONE should but if the cop was
conducting ACTUAL police business? he/she can legally park ANYWHERE..They
just like other official cars etc are exempt..
All it is is parking regulation, I don't think they are really breaking the
law, some laws are not necessarily based on protecting natural rights such
as the right to life.
omg thank you for pointing out this atrocity. i will sleep better at night
knowing you are there to catch police officers for not doing what you
expect them to!!
@Anothercoilgun oh NO! whatever would i have done?!?! way to reply to a
month old comment...
Austin student says she was ticketed for wearing too much perfume
When many of us were in school, disrupting class or using profanity earned you a trip to the principal's office. But today in Texas, more students are being sent to ...
I guess the cop would of ran out of tickets for bullying so it was easier
to hand out a ticket for wearing perfume, right? It is not surprising this
happens since the actual documented average IQ of a cop is 104 or 2 points
above average intelligence.

Day in Court Part I
Just some random video from a Day in Court. The video was uploaded as references for this post on Cop Block: ...
I think that all judges on a state and city level are biased and just
impose unjust fines and make unfair and unjust decisions and the indirectly
monetarily gain from the fines imposed and they are employed by the same
people and the prosecuter so the police so therefore they have a common
interest and a jury should be the ones that make a determination on what
charges that are being presented no matter the charges and even traffic
tickets and take all evidence in account to find the defendent guilty
beyond a reasonable doubt and then if found guilty due to the evidence
provided from both parties the jury should determine the punishment of the
act commited and if there is a fine that should be imposed to make sure the
fine is fair based on the INDIVIDUAL evidence in the case not a generalized
fine that is unfair and unjust. How can a judge make a person pay such a
crazy amount of money for a fine when he or she has not yet determined the
financial state of the person that was accused and to make a reasonable
offer upon payment of a reasonable fine that would be possible and fair
based on all circumstances of the case and financials of a individual. A
jury has no common interest in a case and no monetary gain so therefore
they are able to be unbaised and make a fair judgement upon the case and a
fair, just outcome! Also how is it fair if someone is behind on child
support payments to take away their ability to drive and make the money to
pay the child support! That is unjust and unfair beyond a reasonable doubt!
These elected officials are suppose to have the best interest in the people
when making these ficticious laws and if they do not benefit us how are
they doing their job that we elected them for! If you get a ticket, you pay
the fine or do your time....done and settled. The surcharges is essentially
taking a settled court case and re billing - double jeopardy!
