Easton EA70XL DT Swiss Hub problem

Wheel won't turn and can't remove bolt thru.

Removing sealed bearing from Surly hub with a Pedros trixie lockring tool

Fit the new bearing by tapping it in with a hammer using the rim of the old bearing as a punch. This ensures that you don't push out the centre of the bearing.
