This recipe yields the most tender, fall-off-the-bone, juiciest rib meat ever! The meat literally falls off the bone after baking for 3 hours over beer and onions.
Probably for flavor? ☺️ I would use that onion/beer juices to make some sort of gravy
Carl's JR - Teriyaki Turkey Burger - RECIPE
Carl's Jr is Hardees and vice versa.. it's a regional thing. But for some reason, our local Hardees never got this beast of a burger.. so we decided to just make it ...
+Whitfield's Food Revue (9th Evolution) Hoooly cow i wish i could have more i only have 3 cats, Alex a grey and white fluffy cat, Lucci a grey small cat and Merlin a white fluffy cat. I hope we get to meet all your cats one day, send them my love <3 .
I will indeed! We have 5 others too lol Oliver (our ginger kitty) Till (our big fat Momma kitty) Barbosa (the elder statesmen of the bunch) Vega other wise known as "The Kitten" and Boyd other wise only referred to as "Belly Bear" because he is a huge fluff ball w/ giant paws due to being a Polydactyl kitty :)
This looks great! I try to make turkey burgers occasionally, but find it is
a really thin line to get them right and not dry. Also, I think your cat is
slightly drunk off Jaegermeister.
+Matt Covington It is a very fine line w/ poultry burgers. You don't want to risk under cooking them and getting sick and over cooking them just makes them taste terrible. I've been cooking them for a long time so I've sorta got it down to a science.. a not exact science at that lol.. If kitty is drinking our Jager, she is even more like me than I previously thought! haha
Beer, Cheese & Spaceships Pt.1
Unless you have been hiding under a rock for the last few years, you must have heard something? No? Well I guess you have been under a rock. Well, The Idiot ...
relax. it was a college project from a long time ago. which has nothing to
do with green day. yeah I know their fan club's name is the same as the
working title for the project. But since I am not really a green day fan we
didn't know we shared the name. so it's not like we picked the working
title "The Idiot Club" because of the fan club. sorry you don't like
cheese. we do. You are also the first one ever to mention that the cheese
bit made you wanna puke.
uh, the title of this may actually pre-date that fan club name. if you must
know the name actually comes from a lyric in the anthrax song caught in a
mosh. Cold sweat, my fists are clenching Stomp, stomp, stomp the idiot
convention. Convention was just changed to "club" cuz it had a better ring.
Check your facts first. THX.
wah wah wah greenday isn't in this video, so cry about it. I don't think
mindless monkeys need to operate a fucking computer and leave dumbass
remarks. I hope you puke you little bitch. the cheese was the best part...
just go listen to green day LOL fuckin moron!!
+Caleb Angell As italians, we like to watch these videos to see what foreigners believe to be italian dishes...most of the times we laugh a lot, for us it's funny when we have nothing else to do.But to be honest, this is one of the "best" italian recipes "for foreigners" I saw.
In Italy we don't put garlic into "Bolognese Sauce" (Ragù), americans put
garlic in EVERY " " " italian " " " dish, we don't use it so much. We don't
put origan in Ragù, and for origan is the same speech of garlic. We don't
put WINE in Ragù, we don't put milk in ragù and of course we don't put
Worchester Sauce in Ragù. Probably this sauce that Gordon have cooked is
awesome, but please, keep in mind that THIS ISNT ITALIAN FOOD. If you wanna
taste italian food come in Italy, and you'll find what you are looking for.
Unfortunately our cuisine is the most changed, interpreted and raped in the
world. If you are never been in Italy, probably you haven't ever tasted
"italian cuisine", maybe something better or something worse, but not
italian cuisine. I'm so afraid by the fact that most of americans thinks
that the "italian restaurant" in the other side of the street is cooking
what we eat in Italy, hope all of you will have the possibility of coming
in my country, and find out that there is sun and sea, but some regions
have only mountains and fog (and the accent is so "german"), we're not all
tanned, and very few have moustaches, we dont' talk only shaking hands and
on Sunday everyone eats what he wants, not necessarily lasagne or pasta al
ragù, as said by Buddy Valastro. Lastly, sorry for the english, I'm italian
and unfortunately here no one teaches foreign languages very well, ciao!
+Francesco Bignardi This doesn't say "How to make authentic/traditional/Italian bolognaise". (British spelling, can you handle that?) That's your first mistake. The authentic traditional Italian recipe actually does have garlic and red wine - I'd trust master Italian chefs who say so over some random on Youtube. Get off your high horse please, you are just making a fool of yourself.
+Paradigma MinimalWave My mother and me we prepare the sauce finely cut carrot celery and onion and leaving them to dry on low heat with a little bit of olive oil (someone put a clove of garlic in the oil and take off it when it turns toasted), then we put the ground meat (usually half pork half beef). Wait few minutes and adjust salt, put the concentrate tomato (not everyone do this), let him cook another few minutes and then put the tomato puree. In my house with a small pot we let him cook on low heat for at least 3 hours, but in the restaurant where I worked, with a very large pot, we let it cook for 12 hours or plus :)
Nice recipe and technique....But Lee & Perrins??...Great in a bloody Mary
but not a pasta sauce!...By the way, a nice touch is to add some de-skinned
italian sausage or even a small amount of lamb mince and a drop or two of
massala wine.
I much prefer lamb over beef but it's much harder to get here. A bit of soy sauce actually really adds to a bolognaise sauce but Gordon's recipe is pretty poor in this video.
Here is a very nice recipe like what I used to make, the pancetta cubes are not necessary or you could replace with bacon, the Worcestershire sauce can be replaced with soy sauce which is what I used. //www.leaandperrins.co.uk/Recipes/Spaghetti-Bolognese they also have a very nice Lasagna recipe on that website as I grew up with. Hope that helps.
Do a search for food tube or Jamie Oliver and bolognaise sauce in YouTube search. It has far nicer recipes than this. Normally Gordon makes nice recipes but this is an exception.
Make sure to use the leanest possible ground sirloin, it's night and day vs
ground chuck. Where's the minced/diced celery? And the chicken stock/broth?
Stewed on light heat covered for minimum 1 hour, recommended 3-4!
Also instead of Worcestershire sauce, I recommend adding chili powder +
ketchup. I learned this secret from an Italian friend, and my god, did it
take it from good to great with a sweet kick to it.
Cook Healthy with MamiChula!!!! Bean Dip & (not so healthy) Empanadas!

Empanadas are my FAVORITE! Living in Alaska though I don't have access to
the yellow empanadas so I always have to use the white ones and put some
achoite oil on the outside to get that same flavor. So in case anyone else
out there doesn't have access to the yellow ones either just do what I do
to get the same flavor.
Also, Mamichula, you and your fiancee should also try empanadas with pork.
Puerto Rican style!! :) I always get a big pork shoulder and rub it down
with some Goya Sazon con Achoite and the Goya Adobo seasoning. Cook it for
4 hours on 350F oven to make it fall apart...delicioso!!
@mamichula8153 pastelillos is what we ricans call what colombians call
empanadas :) we flatten then onthe edges w a fork and fry them up w beef
inside or cheese :) either way they both yummy whether u eat empanadas the
