Hi Erka, it's interesting to hear your GPS or your smartphone speaking the directions for you to go, and it's saying miles and yards ect. I would have thought that in Europe it would use the metric system, and for me in the USA all we are used to is miles and when I go to Canada it's metric and if I see a sign like 100KM to Winnipeg then I know it's 60 miles!

Hey :) yeah, well this was a rental car and gps, and it was set on the british voice. You are right by the way we do use metric system in Europe except for the UK where they use both, metric for measurements but miles and yards for roads and such... it's a bit weird, I know
