+Cameron Roderick The more all-ins he does the better he gets at all-inning. His only goal isn't just to win, it's to get more experience with the champion so he can win in the future. The number of games matters, but what you do in those games matters too. If two people play Riven 100 times, but one of them constantly engages in combat, and the other one just farms and Es away at danger, maybe the safer one will have a higher win rate, but he'll have much less combat experience than the other one, and eventually the aggressive Riven will surpass him due to having more experience. Playing safe doesn't make you become better at your champ as fast as playing aggressively does. You automatically learn farming and safe laning no matter what champ you play anyways. BoxBox is trying to learn to be good enough at fighting that he can win from being behind, so dying to him is just a better opportunity to learn.As a side note, this is why Riot should reinstate a 1v1 game mode permanently, to make learning easier.

Dont think this is true. 40% is the maximum amount of CDR. Don't even know if there is a limit to spellvamp. Pretty sure when i bought spectral wraith and WoTa it went to 43%.

40% is the maximum spellvamp the game allows you to have.
