Dr. Eiras, Thanks so much for this farewell to us. Yes, it would be nice to
meet you when I come to Liberty to Graduate. I just love apologetics, I am
not sure if I love it more than Theology but I do like it very much. Giving
a reason for my faith is one of the things I seem to be able to do well.
Your story of your Pakistani friend reminds me of Ravi Zacharias now one of
the best apologist there is for Christianity.
Thanks for always lifting us up and encouraging us to keep on keeping on.
Your class has been a delight.
In His grip and grace
Love,
Shirley Katz
Dr. Eiras, first of all, it's lovely to see a face behind the name. Thank
you so much for sharing this with us. I had the pleasure of meeting one of
the interpreters (and his family) that my husband worked with during his
latest deployment to Afghanistan. He moved his wife and children to the
United States this year. They invited my family over for traditional
Afghan food, it was an amazing experience! As I'm sure yours was with your
Pakistani friend. I have thoroughly enjoyed your class and appreciate all
of the encouragement you've given. God bless!
Wow! Your story about your Pakistani friend being Hindu is very rare.I know
if he was a Hindu, he was probably ostracized for being a Hindu. Being
Hindu in Pakistan is like being a Leper...The Muslims see Hindus as
"Blasphemers" and it reminds Pakistani Muslims of India, the country they
loathe. Your friend's answer "it was simply someone telling him about the
love of God" is not surprising to me since Pakistani Hindus need this
message so badly. Stacy Fisher APOL104_D99_201240

keep moving forward with God. Love you Brother, in Christ!
It's so nice to put your face with your name! Thank you so much for all of
your help and understanding throughout this course! I have greatly enjoyed
this class. It has caused me to think about a lot of things people say and
to see some of the things people say in a new light. A very interesting and
worthwhile class.
Dr. Eiras I have much respect for you. You have a great heart and it shows
by the way you were very patient with your teachings and understanding. You
were always praying for us and I truly appreciate the prayers, may God
bless you! Thanks!
Well I just finished your class and it's nice to see the face behind the
name! What a life changing class. Thanks for the words of encouragement
throughout.
