Never, ever call this current form of “government” your government. Anytime that you are talking about the “government” and you hear someone say “our ‘government’”, or “my ‘government’”, please take advantage of that moment to create a teaching moment to tell them that this goddamn “government” is, in fact, a CORPORATION. Tell them to google it up with, say, ( “US government is a CORPORATION” ) and that they’ll find a ton of good websites that detail the fraudulent nature of the criminal, CORPORATE “government” that commits fraud masquerading as a legit, Lawful government that is supposed to serve people, not terrorize them. Try to be ruthless in not allowing yourself to speak, even THINK, of the various “government” forms, IDs, etc, as “yours” … all of them are just paperwork for a fascist, criminal organization that is the most successful, most organized mafia organization in the world. I deal with these "freemen" a lot. They're insane. I do, though, really enjoy their use of legal language. Look at the very beginning of this film. "I don't have a license, but my person does. You cannot see it because I do not wish to create joinder with you." What I really enjoy about them is that they use real legal words - like joinder. But the context in which they use them makes them gobblie-goop. That would be like saying "I do not wish to create cardiac arrest with you." Cardiac arrest is a real medical term, but in that context, it is meaningless. There is no such thing, in the legal world, as "creating joinder with someone." Its as if these guys think, "I'm going to throw out as many legally-sounding words as I can in one sentence." As he said to the officer, I don't know what the hell law book he's reading, but its the wrong one. I have read entire 75-page legal briefs from these guys, not one sentence of which made any sense at all. It was filled to the hilt with legal words, and some words that sounded legal but weren't really words at all, but none of them was used in the proper context. What I really enjoyed most about this particular video, though, was the taser. That was entertainment. I'm all about asserting rights against government actors, including refusing consent to searches, and refusing to ID myself to police. But its all about the attitude with which you do it. In my experience, 99% of the time, if you're smiling and jovial with the cop, he'll treat you with respect as you refuse his requests. I always explain that I'm not trying to make his life difficult, I'm just trying to make his job difficult. They always smile at that. When you go at it with attitude like this fool did, and get physical with the cops, the taser should be expected.
