thank you for your video sir. i'm was looking for caltrend seat covers as
well for my 2015 4runner but after watching your video, i'm staying away
from them. You should have returned those. I cannot stand a company who do
not stay behind their product that is such BS.

I had a horrible experience with this company too!! If you look up their
company and reviews, there's a LOT of complaints about them and Cover King
as well. Cheap materials, cheap quality and horrible customer support. The
only good thing out of my whole experience is that I finally learned NOT to
be cheap with my money!!!
Check out www.decorauto.com I am very happy with the whole experience and
the material feels much thicker than Cal Trend B.S. and it fits soo great
no confusion as to what seat to install it on.
I agree with you, Stay away from CalTrend

Avoid business with this company. Received their product last year and it
did not fit. Was sent a couple replacement pieces in the weeks to follow
but did not correct the issues. After this I asked to return them since
they could not get them to fix them. Since they stalled past 30 days they
informed they couldn't take them back, even though they couldn't get it
right from the start. NOW, it is exactly 1 YEAR later. E-mails are now
going unanswered and phone calls end the same way, "My manager is in a
meeting, would you like his voice mail?" Of course, they have still yet to
make an effort to call me back. Ishmael is the, so-called "Manager".
