The one that goes between the valve body and transmission body. I actually just bought a new one for it yesterday, cost me $19 and came with both gaskets attached to it.

At the start, u took off to soft for me to see the shift to 3rd, At the end
, shift to 3rd will be softer n normal mode. Drop the pan change the filter
and use Castrol synthetic trans fluid from Walmart. If that don;t help.
Change the plate. Better yet, go ahead and change the plate. Make sure the
3rd apply hole is the same size as the rest.
