When the start/ stop button is pressed the car refused to shut off and power down. The fuel pump motor fuse was pulled to stop the engine (F43) and terminal ...
+Tropical_Roots Seems problem solved. The shifter was replaced along with an adjustment to the gear shift cable and Chrys. 300 now working as expected.
+Tropical_Roots I guess my dealer is a bit quicker. They determined the transmission shifter to be the problem. Part ordered. Will post results. I'm certain other car owners would be curious on this problem.
+Tropical_Roots Thanks for the update. My car is back at the dealership as well. The cleaning of the sensor on the transmission apparently didn't work. The car started doing the same problem two days later. Any idea what that someone from Chrysler did to fix it?
+Ret T No reply from Tropical_Roots. I have a 2011 Chrysler 300 that has developed this problem after being parked for a month. Car starts just fine it only has issues when trying to shut it off. Same circumstances as posted here. The dealership did a computer readout for errors and found none. The sensor on the transmission was removed, lubricated, adjusted to be more sensitive and replaced. The car is back to normal for now and fingers are crossed.
Camaro 1999-2002 turn signal flasher fuse location
I have a 1999 V6 Camaro T-Top, and I love that it is a v6, good balance
between power and gas mileage, I have put the K&N air intake on it as well
as a new high flow cat (old one was busted up) and a Flowmaster Cat Back
Kit. The car sound pretty good and doesn't murder the wallet at the pumps,
yet still has enough getup and go for me. Also thanks for the video, I have
to replace my flasher since I replaced all of the turn signal lights with
LED's, as well as the reverse, break, tail and markers.
@DaveKoehler1992 no i got the point of the video...dont care about
that...im just making fun of your car because you're obviously a person
that gets a v6 and then defends the hell out if it because you don't want
to admit theres something better out there with a larger engines..as for
the cars I've owned...im an enthusiast...ive owned several kind...two of
which are in my videos an 04 goat, and an 04 S2000...and trust me, stock on
stock...my goat never had a problem with an N/A supra
@dereklsept Totally missing the point of the video.... the chilton's manual
I purchased didn't show the correct location of the flasher fuse, i looked
at internet sources and could not find clear instructions where to find
it... so I posted this video to make life a little bit easier for people.
I'm a troll? Go hunt another video to talk about your big bad v8. Talk to
me after you find difficulty passing a supra, that is, if you have a v8 to
race.
@dereklsept I'm not defending the hell out of it... Just irritating when
people go "oh shit? no v8? yadayadayda". I would love an LS1.. but at the
same time, i know a v6 can be fast. A car can go as fast as one could
desire, it depends on how much money you're willing to spend. I am by all
means not gettin serious about this lmao
Nothing wrong with the 3.8 Series II V6. Own an '02 Firebird with the same
engine. Bought it back in 2007 when gas was $3.80/gallon. Wanted
something sporty but didn't want the high guzzling engine. Also, got this
car at a good price at the time.
Thanks man, you saved me mad time. Its a little hard to tell where the
camera is exactly pointing so I would suggest to others watching this video
to look at the screw holes; the is the clip is right next to the two.
LOL you are a troll...nice NOSSSSSSS mats in your car there buddy...and
good luck with that series 2 when that plastic intake cracks and starts
leaking all into your cylinder head
Yeah it was a bitch to find.. and i figured more people would have this
problem since the book was misguided. Maybe GM wanted to make more money
this way? Idk, glad i could help
Thank god for you sir, I've been looking everywhere the book says it is but
its not there. You just saved me $100+ by me not taking it to a mechanic.
Thank you!
Holy shit. No lie, I had the exact same floor mats and steering wheel cover
in my old Camaro. 99 3.8. Only difference is mine was black. I'm in a 96
z28 now!
+Brien Drain Hi Brien, I'm not sure. I highly doubt they are. Most cars have both the headlight assemblies on the same fuse. Here's my headlight bulb change guide for the Town & Country - //www.paulstravelpictures.com/Chrysler-Town-and-Country-Headlight-Bulbs-Replacement-Guide/index.htmlAnd here are all of my T&C tutorials - //www.paulstravelpictures.com/Articles/Chrysler-Town-and-Country-Common-Problems-Repair-Maintenance-Guides.htmI hope that helps. :)
