I hope so. I really do.  Im transgender ... and it is getting so dangerous now.  The reason I contacted you the first time was due to someone maliciously vandalizing my car.  And they spray painted "leave town tranny"  The next day after contacting you, I found my cat nailed to the front of my house.  My life is in jeopardy now.  It's gotten to the point where I can't leave my home safely .. and at night, wake screaming ... someone has been knocking on my front door around 3 in the morning ...... Every time, I feel they are going to enter.  Early winter, someone did.  And the police got here just in time. I called 911 ... their intention was to kill me / rape me.  And I have to worry every night and even during the day........ I'm sorry to bother you.  

lol ;) and, no problem.  You're not alone, had someone maliciously hammer nails into the sides of my tires yesterday.  Looking for a proximity sensor alarm now.  Hang in there, and rest assured that karma will be a bitch to to them.

It's raining here ... but by Thurs. it is supposed to snow.  I can't believe how much rain there is. It's never going to stop.

Sorry about that, I was thinking about your rear hatch latch. Yes, check for power to your tail light assembly. Check the ground, etc.

hinge area?  What hinge area?  you would think they run the wire from the wire wall to the rear signal through the body of the car..... What is a hinge area ?

+Vickie EventViolininst The relay is part of the hazard switch. I would check to see if power is going back there. If not, you likely have a broken wire in the hinge area that is on the drivers side.

you are the best. Now I have to figure out why front left turn sig works but rear left does not... blinker blinks fast  in front and back does nothing.  I checked the bulbs and they are fine. But someone said it might be the blinker relay switch.. not sure how to remove that plastic cover under the steering wheel...
