TOG: I don't have many subscriptions (because I intend on watching every vid from a channel I subscribe to), but HTWW is certainly one of them, one of the best channels on YT. It is postulated that by mid-century (or a bit later) Europe will be an Islamic continent. Pile on those welfare programs that they've promised everyone, either there will be a lot of cutting (and thus, riots) or bankruptcy. It's really scary, we are headed down the same path. Hi Lee. I like some of your videos and dislike others. My only real critique of your vids is that I think that you divide America further with a lot of your left vs right content. Would you consider doing a video on how Americans are similar as opposed to how they are different? Thanks! adam

Lee, I have you to thank for introducing me to Thomas Sowell i.e. your Intellectuals and Society book review. I sincerely thank you for that. While I still disagree with his stance on foreign policy; I truly do respect his knowledge in the field of economics. He truly is a brilliant writer.

Elephant in the room.... Alright, well... It has to be said. All this pseudo-intellectual BS aside, the basic fact remains is that the best thing about Thomas Sowell is that he's an intelligent, ripe, black gentleman, and hates Obama more than anybody.

i think you should end your book reviews reading rainbow style... saying, "but don't take my word for it... BA DUM BOMP!" i've heard you mention sowell a lot in your videos and haven't read any of stuff yet, so i may have to check this one out.

Yeah, Mr. Sowell is the best. From what I can gather from this video (and other videos), Mr. Sowell is your favorite economist. However, aside from him, would you recommend anybody else to read or listen to? Keep it up, Mr. Doren!

@XanatharEye I think what you mean to say is that this is the most important thing about him for you. This fellow i'm pretty certain was a fan of Sowell before there was an Obama administration, as were many free market advocates.

Dr. Sowell should have been appointed to the Supreme Court instead of Kennedy or Souter. He would have been one of the greatest justices who ever lived.
