Hello, how does the Auto disk powder measure compensate for charges that fall in between what the supplied disks allow? Does the double disk kit allow for this? Meaning that if the charge I want for 9mm is 4.5 ( of whatever powder) and the supplied Auto disk powder measure disks fall between 4.3 & 4.6 will the double disk kit allow me to throw charges between 4.3 and 4.6?

+bgallaher77 The powder disk are completly incorrect it tells me to start with a .40 for a 4.3 and I had to use .53 to get there LOL any ideas?

+LUCY LU hi , you can get a micro disk from Lee,check out there on-line site ,this allows for very fine adjustments.and for charges not covered by these discs

+LUCY LU Lee talks about this in his book. You can get an adjustable insert, but by its very nature is adjustable so the charge may drift (my concern, I don't have experience with the unit). You can hollow out the disk if you need a slightly larger cavity. I personally would try 4.3 and see if it works.

Bought one thinking it would work with the .308 but the powder I'm using must be to bulky because the charge it throws is only 2/3 of what is need. And that's a mid range load too.

LOL that's what I've been doing and that puts it just below the neck. So a triple stroke would over flow.

+chevy6299 One thing you can do is double-stoke the powder measure. Just make sure to remember how many strokes...

Great video. Most reloaders say they would never own anything "LEE". Well I guess if you know how to use them they work just fine.

Thanks. Lee doesn't make the nicest stuff out there. But it does work and it isn't too expensive. I only bought RCBS for a while, and then figured out that other folks made stuff too, and some of it was good.

I really like this little gadget. Too bad it's not calibrated for more rifle charging. All of my rifles, except one, are too big for this little rig.

One trick, but you have to be careful with it, is to double stroke the powder measure. You are correct, sometimes you can't get the powder load you really want.  Of course, you only want to load target/low pressure loads. I wouldn't trust max pressure loads from the meter.
